BK11 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms take effect at the moment you create a BK11 account. Your continued use of BK11 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all BK11 services regardless of the device or browser you use to access them — mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Pakistani residents accessing BK11 via mobile wallet applications are equally bound by these Terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a BK11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of BK11.
• You are accessing BK11 from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from BK11, nor have you requested self-exclusion from BK11 that remains in effect.
• You have not been previously diagnosed with a gambling addiction or you are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion or gambling treatment programme.

BK11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03Account Rules

Each person may hold only one BK11 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under alternative identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• Notifying BK11 immediately at support@bk11.world if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that the contact information and payment details registered on your account remain accurate and current.

BK11 will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from BK11 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

BK11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where the account holder has breached these Terms, where suspicious activity is detected or where regulatory requirements necessitate a review.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at BK11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposit; withdrawals typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• JazzCash – Instant deposit; withdrawals typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• NayaPay & SadaPay – Supported digital banking wallets with same-day processing.
• Bank IBFT – Transfer to any Pakistani bank account; typically processed within a few hours.
• Visa / Mastercard – Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit at BK11 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. BK11 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited at BK11 are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your deposited funds are protected regardless of BK11's financial position.

05Bonuses & Promotions

BK11 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all BK11 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its individual terms.
• Only one bonus may typically be claimed per promotion, per member, per household or per device.
• BK11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where BK11 reasonably believes a member is abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements — BK11 reserves the right to remove the bonus, void associated winnings and close the account.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

06Betting Rules

All sports and event bets placed at BK11 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules published on the BK11 sports betting section of the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by BK11. Bets are not valid until confirmed — if a technical error prevents confirmation, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• The minimum single bet at BK11 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event and are displayed in the bet slip.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to BK11's specific event settlement rules. Generally, bets on events that do not start are voided and stakes returned.
• BK11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error. Manifestly incorrect odds — for example, a 10.00 odds for a near-certain outcome — may be corrected or voided at BK11's reasonable discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a small time delay for processing. BK11 does not guarantee that in-play odds at the moment of bet submission will be the same as those at the moment of confirmation.
• Any bet suspected of being placed as part of match-fixing, corruption or collusion will be voided immediately and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

07Casino Games

All casino games available at BK11 — including slots, Andar Bahar, poker, live dealer tables, Aviator and all other titles — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time card and wheel outcomes broadcast via live video stream.

Game outcomes at BK11 are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by BK11 in any way after a round begins. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all BK11 casino games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The Aviator game at BK11 uses a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Members may verify the fairness of any individual round using the seed information published after that round concludes. Instructions for verification are available in the Aviator help section of the BK11 platform.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BK11 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one BK11 account, whether in your own name or through another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with BK11's systems in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or display glitches to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using BK11 for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal purpose.
• Sharing login credentials with or allowing any other person to access your BK11 account.
• Placing bets on events in which you have material inside knowledge or in which you have any direct or indirect interest as a participant, official or representative.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or otherwise reproduce any part of BK11's platform, software or intellectual property.

09Responsible Gaming

BK11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. The following tools are available to all BK11 account holders at any time, free of charge, directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit at BK11.
• Loss Limits — Cap your maximum losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts — Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion — Exclude yourself from BK11 for a chosen period (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check — Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net position.

10Intellectual Property

All content on BK11 — including but not limited to the BK11 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, animations, audio, video and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of BK11 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use BK11 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any BK11 content.
• Use the BK11 name, logo or branding in any external communication without prior written consent.
• Scrape, extract or systematically collect data from BK11.
• Create derivative works based on BK11's platform or content.

Any unauthorised use of BK11's intellectual property may result in legal action. BK11 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

BK11 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While BK11 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• BK11 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, device malfunctions or any circumstances outside BK11's reasonable control.
• BK11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
• BK11's maximum aggregate liability to any single member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• BK11 accepts no liability for losses arising from a member's own decision to gamble, including any losses that exceed a member's financial means.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

12Privacy & Data

BK11 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using BK11, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, BK11 uses your personal data to:

• Process your registration, deposits, bets and withdrawals.
• Verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Operate responsible gaming tools, including monitoring for problem gambling indicators.
• Send you service communications relevant to your account (not marketing, unless you have opted in).

BK11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where legally required.

13Amendments to These Terms

BK11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BK11 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the BK11 platform or sending an email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of BK11 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using BK11 and may close your account by contacting support@bk11.world.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of BK11 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. BK11 makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction outside the markets it is designed to serve.

In the event of any dispute between you and BK11, the following process applies:

1. Contact BK11 support at support@bk11.world with full details of your complaint. The support team will aim to resolve routine issues within 48 hours.
2. If your complaint is not resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated to BK11's senior complaints team for a formal review within 14 days.
3. BK11's decision at the conclusion of the formal review process will be communicated in writing and, for standard disputes, will be considered final.

BK11 aims to resolve all member complaints fairly, promptly and in good faith. We take every complaint seriously and commit to treating all members with respect throughout the dispute resolution process.
